Temporary Admin Intern

( 3 months internship.)

Monthly allowance of Kshs 9,000

A Law Firm based in Nairobi and is looking for temporary admin intern

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Maintaining files and databases
  • Help in Preparing reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
  • Monitor office operations
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the CEO
  • Serve as the go-to for office inquiries
  • Track office supply inventory and approve supply orders
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and expenses
  • Customer service
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Have a minimum of a diploma in a business related area
  • Have a minimum of a B plain in K.C.S.E
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software.
