Effectively manage the showroom staff, implementation of operational policies and
requirements, handling customer concerns, and developing strategies to ensure
branch accessibility and visibility.
Involved in the development and implementation of the sales and marketing
strategy and budget based on the organization’s objectives as outlined in its
strategic plan. This will include effective budget management.
Implement sales and marketing communication activities that ensures that both
current and potential customers are kept informed of the company products within
Assist in the preparation of the market for new product introductions and a
smooth roll out of such new products while sustaining profitable sales of the
Conduct constant market intelligent in order to be conversant with the new
market trends within and in related office geographical region.Key person to
set and drive the implementation of high quality customer care standards so as
maintain the companys image in the market as a supplier of first class products
and service and maintain first class relationships with customers.
Maintain close liaison and transparent communication with the Sales
coordinator, Customer Service Officer and Head of Procurement and Logistics so
as to ensure that customers supply requirements are timely met.
Set performance targets for the Show room Sales Executives, guide and support
them in the development and implementation of their activity plans aimed at
achieving the said targets.
Take charge of the effective management of the Show Room Sales team; this will
include involvement in their recruitment, training & development,
performance management, biannual performance appraisals and discipline.
Supervise the Show Room Sales executives, ensure that sales reports are
prepared on time, quality control their work and prepare the required periodic
management and activity reports including income, trends, divisional and
territory performance, etc.
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
Business degree (B.Com marketing preferred)
Professional marketing and or sales qualification such as CIM
Level of Experience
Up to 5 years experience in an active marketing environment preferable in show
Strategic planning skills
People management skills including target setting and performance monitoring
Proven ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with
finance, procurement and external strategic partners
Planning and organizing skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
