Gender Based Violence Capacity Building Officer

Based in Hagadera, the Gender Based Violence Capacity Building Officer will oversee IRC’s training and capacity building of refugee and partner staff as well as community structures to ensure they develop the skills and knowledge on GBV programming.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in social sciences, education or related field. Diploma holders in social sciences with strong GBV experience will also be considered.
• At least 2 years experience in direct service provision for survivors of gender-based violence.
• Fluency in English. Somali speaking will be an added advantage
