Experience Ltd is a start-up consulting firm based in Nairobi, whose focus is
on developing business acumen of seed companies in Africa.
As
part of its growth strategy, the company is looking for an Office Manager who is dynamic, innovative,
self-driven and has a passion for agriculture.
Responsibilities
- Organisation
and administration of the office including but not limited to book keeping
duties, salary processing, invoicing, developing and tracking budgets
- Assisting
consultants with administration and project work
- Organisation
of business projects
- Staff
supervision
- Coordination,
scheduling and organizing workshops and trainings.
- Communication
with clients, contractors and suppliers.
Skills
and knowledge required
- Minimum
8 years admin experience, 5 of which must be in a busy environment and at
a senior level.
- Proven
integrity qualities
- Excellent
administration and organizational skills
- Good
budgeting and book-keeping skills
- Ability
to work well under minimal supervision
- High
level of computer competence
- Excellent
communication and client relation skills
Education
- Degree/Diploma
in any of the following areas: office management/business administration/
commerce or project management.
- Agricultural
education is a plus.
- MBA
is an added advantage
- CPA/ACCA
qualifications an added advantage
- Knowledge
of French an added advantage
