Secretary cum Receptionist / Switchboard Operator

Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking to hire the above
 
Salary is 45,000
 
Educational Requirements:
 
Must have relevant diploma would be an advantage

Those with experience in the manufacturing sector have a clear advantage
Experience Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience as receptionist / Secretary/switchboard operation
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be neat, organized and particular to detail
  • Must be well presented as they are client facing
  • Must be well spoken and able to communicate in English
Responsibilities:
  • Managing the reception area
  • Managing a switchboard of 6 Line
  • Front client facing reception
  • Taking messages
  • Ensuring prompt feedback to customers’
  • Ability to deal with the public in a pleasant, positive, professional manner
  • Customer service orientated
  • Typing general correspondence
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Office admin
