Front Office Administrator / Receptionist

Qualification and Skills:
  • Diploma / certificate in business administration / secretarial studies
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a busy organization handling phone calls and guests
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, presentable and pleasant
  • Ability to take instructions, understand professional etiquette and behavior
