Veterinary Doctor and Kennel Master Jobs in Kenya

A leading diversified Industrial Group in East Africa, having a Security Department that has kennel section consist of 30 high breed security dogs and a herd of dairy cross breed cattle of approximately about 100 animals, seeks to recruit service of:

Veterinary Doctor

The candidate will be responsible for Canine and Dairy sections day to day up-keep and good hygiene, vaccinating, attending to preventive / diagnosed medical needs of the animals, stocking and dispensing
drugs, accounting the consumption of medicines and drugs, and performing surgical procedures etc.

The candidate should be holder of bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine obtained from a recognized University with five years of relevant working experience in a similar environment.

Kennel Master
 

The candidate will be responsible for organizing and day to day up-keep / managing of Canine section, ensure food preparation for the days, keep the locality neat and clean, to train dogs to aid investigative /
tracking / detection work etc.

The candidate should have relevant experience of a minimum of 5 years at a senior level in the above functions in a large security organization having a canine section
