Production Maintenance Process
3 Positions
 

Job Description

• Responsible for resolving equipment problems and repair of all machinery/equipment
• Assist root cause failure analysis on critical equipment or component failures
• Develop a repair and maintenance
• Providing technical recommendations for continuous improvement in plant production processes

Skills / Experience

• Must have at last 3 years experience as a  Plant Maintenance Technician or related experience in Food Manufacturing
• Experience with Cleaning in Olace ( CIP), Pasteurizer, Heat Exchangers, Valves (APV,ALFA LAVAL) Pumps and Homogenizers

Production Maintenance Deputy Supervisor ( KRONES)
1 Position
 

Skills / Experience

• Must have at least 5 years experience as Plant Maintenance Supervisor or related experience in Food Manufacturing.
• Must be able to monitor productivity and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Experience with Krones , Cidel , Blow mould Machines and Packaging…

Production Maintenance Process Supervisor
1 Position

Job Description

• Responsible for resolving equipment problems and repairs
• Assist root cause analysis on critical equipment or component failures.
• Provide technical recommendations for continuous improvement in plant production processes
• Reporting to Maintenance Manager

Skills / Experience

• Must have at least 5 years experience as Plant Maintenance Supervisor or related experience in Food Manufacturing.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is ideal
• Must be able to monitor productivity and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Experience with Cleaning in Olace ( CIP), Pasteurizer, Heat Exchangers, Valves (APV,ALFA LAVAL) Pumps and Homogenizers tanks and Agitators, Knowledge with pressure transmitter,sensors, Bqsic PLC and Frequency Drive Controller.

Production Maintenance Process Engineer
1 Position

Production Maintenance Engineer (LABAN)
1 Position

Skills/Experience

• Must have at last 5 years experience as a Plant  Maintenance or related experiences in Food Manufacturing
• Experience in Elopak Machines and Packaging Equipment

Production Maintenance Engineer (KRONES)

1 Position

 
Skills / Experience

• Must have at least 5 years experience as a Maintenance or related experience in Food Manufacturing
• Knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical and Pneumatics troubleshooting
• Experienced with KRONES, CIDEL, PET, BLOW MOULD Machines, PCM and Packaging Equipment

General Terms of Engagement for all Positions

1. Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week (Friday is the off day);
2. 30 days paid vacation per year/ annual leave;
3. Engagement is on one year & renewable contracts;
4. Insurance cover is provided for work antecedents;
5. The salary & benefits depend on the qualifications, position and experience, thus it could be vary from one candidate to another;
6. The company will provide accommodation for all foreign employees with Security;
7. A return flight ticket to Libya is paid by the company once a year;
8. For Visa applications and processing, the fees for the Candidate Country (including Libyan embassy ) will be paid by the candidate himself while the fees in Libya for the immigration office will be paid by the company;
9. The location of the company in Misrata City, northern Libya;
