Positions Overview: Our client, Oryx International General Services Co., Ltd. has an urgent requirement for 32 technical and management staff at a leading Dairy Farm in Libya with a dynamic value addition facility in Misrata.

Job Description

• Formation the  Management research and development, including human resources planning and resource planning technical / functional administration to suit the needs of the company
• Preparation of specifications for raw materials and the manufacture of the product under and the final product and packaging materials and ensure compliance with legal requirements and the provision of appropriate mechanisms to maintain and constantly being day
• Management corrective actions and preventive actions resulting from non-compliance and opportunities for improvement regarding management responsibilities and to ensure their effectiveness
• Develop methods of communication and coordination with the Department of Marketing and Sales for identifying customer needs and reversible programs to develop products and processes
• Provide technical management support operations necessary to specifications and manufacturing processes
• Planning and management of projects related to the improvement of products and manufacturing processes related to further develop new products and projects related to the development of new manufacturing processes           

Skills / Experience

• Must have at least 5 years of Food R&D Management experience
• Must have proven ability to interact effectively with department, company or customer associates and experience in a team-oriented environment is required
• Must be creative , pro-active , have the ability to think outside the box and accept or create new ideas and take calculate risks on new products and process development.    
• Must have strong computer skills and be proficient  with Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Candidates must articulate strong written and verbal communication skills and have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

General Terms of Engagement for all Positions

1. Working hours are 8hours per day, 6 days per week (Friday is the off day);
2. 30 days paid vacation per year/ annual leave;
3. Engagement is on one year & renewable contracts;
4. Insurance cover is provided for work antecedents;
5. The salary & benefits depend on the qualifications, position and experience, thus it could be vary from one candidate to another;
6. The company will provide accommodation for all foreign employees with Security;
7. A return flight ticket to Libya is paid by the company once a year;
8. For Visa applications and processing, the fees for the Candidate Country (including Libyan embassy ) will be paid by the candidate himself while the fees in Libya for the immigration office will be paid by the company;
9. The location of the company in Misrata City, northern Libya;
