Job Title: Senior Human Resources Executive

Division / Department: Human Resources & Administration
 
Immediate Supervisor: Assistant Manager – HR & Administration

Overall Responsibility: The position is responsible for coordinating the various HR Operations in the HR Department ensuring effective service delivery to the business in support of achievement of   overall company objectives
Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing career guidance, counselling and managing the company’s talent management program
  • Coordinating the entire staff recruitment process in consultation with Assistant HRM.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and necessary training programs.
  • Assist in the monitoring of the performance management system and provide appropriate feedback for decision making
  • Reviewing and updating Job Descriptions  and KPI’s to  ensure alignment with organizational needs
  • Assist in the formulation of strategy  and monitoring of the Human Resources Budgets
  • Contribute to the creation of company policies and procedures that facilitate best practice
  • Assist in rewards and benefits administration to deliver competitiveness and cost effectiveness in order to motivate and retain talent
  • Ensure optimization of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is achieved to improve HR Service Delivery
  • Responsible for all Staff Welfare Matters
  • Assist in ensuring departments compliance to the laid out processes in line with the ISO Certification
  • Manage the Human Resource Executives Performance and Development
  • Any other duties that may be assigned
Requirements
  • University Graduate with a Business related Degree
  • Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • 4 years working experience
Competencies
  • Basic knowledge in Talent Management
  • Knowledge of the Kenya Labour Laws
  • Excellent analytical, communication and customer handling skills
  • Ability to build relationships and good HRIS skills
