Vacancy: Fundraising Manager - East Africa
 

Our client is an NGO with a mission to improve education and health of poor children in Africa through development interventions, research, advocacy and social business.

The overall purpose of the Fundraising Manager East Africa is to:

• Lead in Identification and Development of new investment and fundraising opportunities;
• Enhance the Visibility of organisation through Networking, 
• Coordinating the Development of Communication Strategy;
• Collaborate with Key Stakeholders;
• Event Management across the region.

Key Competencies & Qualifications

• An excellent networker and door opener and has Dynamic social capital;
• An innovative and creative thinker (able to connect all the dots);
• A self-starter with entrepreneurial mind-set;
• Someone with a passion to make a difference in the lives of people.

Holder of;

• A Masters degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public/ International Relations, Sales and Marketing or any other closely related field. 
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar or related position in national and/or multinational companies/organizations.
