Job: IT Sales Executives

Salary 15K-20K + Commission


Roles and responsibilities
  • Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client.
  • determining what their business requirements are, whether the products or services being considered are suitable.
  • Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client's needs.
  • answering any technical questions the client might have.
  • Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
Skills required
  • Excellent selling skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge, and a keen interest in IT issues
  • Initiative
  • Presentation skills
  • The ability to interpret technical language for non-technical people
  • The ability to write reports and proposals
  • The capacity to work well on your own or in a team
  • Negotiating skills
  • The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively
Requirements
  • A diploma in information technology.
  • Qualifications in sales and marketing or a related field an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position with proven sales skills.
  • Sales background where products or services sold have been ‘hard sell’.
  • Ability to network, communicate comfortably
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems to achieve desired results.

Job Description

He/ She is expected to:
  • Develop client base and prospects for potential clients
  • Formulate proposals and creative advertising solutions
  • Work closely with Management to forecast revenues and prospect clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers in order to sell new outdoor advertising products.
  • Explain to customers how specific types of outdoor advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible.
  • Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts and collect payments due.

  • Obtain and study information about clients' products, needs, problems, advertising history, and business practices in order to offer effective sales presentations.
  • Attend sales meetings, industry trade shows, and training seminars need be.
  • Think of strategies to maximize the revenue potential of the company.
  • Assure deadlines are met, targets are achieved and business is brought to the Company.
Requirements
  • Experience with outdoor advertising with over two years experience.
  • A minimum of a degree in sales and marketing or in public relations
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Job Position: Accounts Manager

Location: Nairobi

The successful candidate will be expected to support the accounting department operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • In-charge of Accounting Department and Customer Relationship Management

  • 6+ years experience in Account/project management experience
  • Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Handles stressful situations and deadlines pressures well
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Must have basic computer skills ie MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Positive and pleasant personality.
