Chief Executive Officer

Qualifications
  • BA Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Public Administration, or other related program. Masters Degree an added advantage.
Knowledge& Experience
  • Proven experience in development work, strong leadership and management skills to effectively provide leadership to the department
  • The applicant must be a committed Christian who can effectively work within a Multi-cultural Environment
  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience in donor funded program.
  • Strong experience in Fundraising and Grant Writing

Job Description /She/he will be required to:-
  • Assess and identify the needs of selected beneficiaries and identify possible interventions
  • Develop and facilitate training plans to address children needs.
  • Manage and maintain documentation and records of the beneficiaries follow up and referral.
  • Prepare and submits specific progress reports.
  • Collaborate with other Stakeholders in order to ensure smooth implementation of activities
Qualification
  • Degree in Social Work or, Community Development and or Diploma any relevant field like Counseling Psychology
  • At least 2 years experience in case Management and Community Development.
  • Experience in Planning and Facilitating Child Centered Community Development Interventions.

Matron/Housekeeper

Qualification
  • Diploma Certificate / or in Housekeeping/ Catering/ from a recognized College

Job, Description: She will be required to:-
  • Be in charge of the general cleanliness and maintenance of the Hostel facilities.
  • Provide psychosocial/ Spiritual support to the youths / Children

Job Requirements
  • Diploma in any of the technical areas above from a Recognized Institution
  • At least Five (5) years experience in a similar position
  • ICT
  • CPA 3 and above, for Accounts Instructors
  • Certificate from Kenya Technical Teachers College
  • Experience in dealing with youths from Vulnerable Household an added advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Theoretical and practical instruction in specific areas
  • Administration of External and Internal Examination and ensuring proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment
  • Teaching, conducting research and provide guidance to students.
  • Participate in development of training curricula and programs.
  • Participate in the Preparation of the Institute’s Budget and Work Plans.
