Property Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Property Manager, the successful candidate will undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Conducting valuation of properties.
  • Negotiating leases for buildings/land for company operational use.
  • Acquiring land on behalf of the Company.
  • Liaising with local authorities and government institutions on statutory payment of levies and other requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating register of company properties.
  • Identifying cost effective office space and staff accommodation as necessary.
  • Undertaking any other duties as may be assigned.
Appointment Specification

Applicants should be in possession of the following:
  • Bachelor of Arts in Land Economics.
  • Member of Institute of Surveyors of Kenya.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • At least three (3) years relevant working experience.
  • IT user skills.
