Auto Assured Road Rescue Officers, Home Rescue Officers and Home Rescue Manager Jobs in Kenya

We are seeking to fill the positions below for our Rescue Department.

Road Rescue Officers

Qualifications and Skills

• Automotive Engineering or Motor Vehicle Mechanics Course — Diploma/Degree
• Minimum qualification Certificate e.g. City and Guilds KNEC, NYS or any other established and recognized institution.
• Fast Motor Vehicle Mechanical and Electrical Diagnostic skills — knowledge of new motor vehicle models a must.
• Excellent Driving skills, with driving experience minimum of 2 years — Class BCE.
• Experience in Towing is an added advantage.
• First Aid Skills an added advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Nairobi and its environs.

Work Experience

• Minimum Work Experience of 1 — 2 years in Automotive related work in Automotive Workshops, Garages, Motor Dealerships, Government or Parastatals.

Home Rescue Officers

Qualifications and Skills

The candidate should be trained in one of the following fields;

• Plumbing Technician.
• Electrical Technician - Electronics, Refrigeration, Repair of Electric Appliances.
• Lock Smith.
• Carpentry/Joinery/Roofing.
• Glaziers (fitting of glass panes and windows).

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in the Formal sector i.e Institutions such as Hotels, Factories, Parastatals, Construction Companies, Water Companies, Kenya Power, Plumbing and Electrical Companies, Home Appliance Repair Shops, Electronic Shops.

Home Rescue Manager

Qualifications and Skills

The candidate must:

• Be a Degree or Diploma holder in Plant, Building, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Be between 30-40 years old.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance in hotels, factories, Institutions or Facilities in a leadership position.
• Good Leadership, Organisational and Problem solving skills.

All Candidates must be/have

• Age 24-35 years.
• Degree, Diploma, Certificate from a recoanized East African University, Polytechnic, Technical School or College, e.a. City and Guilds, Craft Certificate, KEC or National Youth Service.
• Fluent and articulate in English and Kiswahili.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills.
• Self motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Leadership skills, organisational and problem solving skills.
• Neat and Presentable.
• Team player.
• Punctual.
• Disciplined.
• Integrity and Honesty a must.
• Fast learner.
• Ability to work long hours.
• Ambitious.
• Demonstrable Leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate with individuals of all nationalities.
