Site Agent

Role

Give prospective buyers a detailed and informed tour of the property.

Making and highlighting comparisons between the property and other properties within the same league.

Obtaining comments and feedback from clients through optimal use of the visitors’ book.

Highlighting to clients on the necessary paper work (documentation) that goes with the sale of houses and taking them through the same.

Conduct a follow up with clients after their visit with a view of making a sale.

Prudent office management- office will be on site.
 

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as a site agent in real estate industry is necessary.
• Diploma in real estate related field.
• Experience in selling is an added advantage.
• Conversant with the legal/ paperwork requirements in the housing market is essential.
