Salary: Ksh 170,000- 190,000

Our client is an Engineering & Construction contractor seeking to hire civil engineers on contract basis for 6 months so that they are able to accomplish their contractual agreements

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work as the single point of contact for their client's needs on a project
• Coordinate with all disciplines to ensure complete knowledge of the project and its progression at all times
• Manage client needs and expectations, project schedules, budgets and is responsible for team efficiencies and productivity
• To negotiate with clients and come up with binding agreements
• To manage the entire project
• Prepare project certificate for contract payments.
• Hold site meeting on behalf of the company.
• Prepare claims
• Should be able to account for a full project on cash flow.
• Take charge of a large labor force on site.
• To read / understand CAD drawings
• To calculate required materials for works on time
• To use word / excel programs
• To do daily/ weekly report

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• Project management qualifications desired
• 8- 10 years experiences
• Technical proficiency in all aspects of civil engineering
• Should be sincere and hardworking
• Established field experience
• Management experience required
• Registration with ERB is preferred
