Interior Designer
We are seeking an ambitious, creative, organized and passionate senior interior designer to work on a range of retail interiors projects for our operational centers and proposed schemes.
 

The position will have significant responsibility to manage and coordinate the design and operational side of multiple projects running concurrently so ability to multi task is a must.
 
The successful candidate must have experience working on retail interior architecture (or other similar schemes) at all scales and levels of detail, including technical aspects. Experience, Knowledge

Qualifications required for this position:
  • Experience of more than five years post qualified professional creative experience in interior or architectural projects is essential. 
  • Experience in retail or hospitality design preferred. The candidate must be able to ensure that work is delivered in a timely fashion and aligns with the expectations of the company’s internal and external clients.
  • A portfolio of work is necessary to show creative skills along with a qualification to at least degree level in Architecture, Interior Design or related design degrees.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Sketch-Up or appropriate presentation design platforms is a must along with excellent presentation, conceptual and visualizing skills, in both freehand and ideally 3D visualization software.
  • Creativity, flair, a natural ‘creative eye’ and knowledge of trends, fabrics and suitable FF&E suppliers along with a comprehensive understanding of construction technology, and joinery detailing is imperative.
  • Experience with design management databases and drawing conventions for drawing information referencing is preferred.
  • The successful candidate will have the ability to make decisions as well as follow direction, work independently and as part of larger teams, have excellent communication and English language skills both written and oral.
