We are looking for a Brand Manager to propel our online brands to new heights. If you are passionate about marketing and have a strong track record in building brands, then you are the person we are looking for.

Job Summary: The role of Brand Manager requires someone with strong brand management, product development and exemplary execution skills.

The Brand Manager works in close liaison with the Digital-editorial and Advertising team leaders to achieve ratings and revenue growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in developing brand strategies and plans for the online brands, to protect and grow market share and achieve business objectives;
  • Implement and execute brand plans including development of communication campaigns and execute promotions / events within agreed budgets;
  • Liaise with other departments such as editorial and advertising/ sales and to identify marketing needs and opportunities;
  • Flawlessly executing the annual brand plans and ensuring judicious utilization of marketing budgets.
  • Develop and maintain monthly market and competitor intelligence reports to inform strategic planning.
  • Monitor competition while developing brand game plans to enhance brand equity and counter the competition; and
  • Advertising and promoting the brand.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in social media engagement to grow brands
  • Knowledge of digital analytic tools and a proven track record of successful digital campaigns
  • Proven brand management skills with least 3 years’ experience at a similar level, preferably in an FMCG.
  • Exemplary execution skills with proven experience in multiple project management and execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse, cross functional teams.
  • Demonstrate a high level of independent judgment.
  • Tenacity and resolve to work in a fast paced job.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing or other related field.
  • Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification.
