Supermarket Chain Personnel Assistant and Supplies Assistant Jobs in Nairobi Kenya

A medium sized supermarket chain wishes to fill the following vacancies to be based in Nairobi;-
 

1. Personnel Assistant
 

Reporting to the Managing Director and will be responsible for all matters relating to Human Resource and Administration of the organization

Qualifications

• A minimum of C+ (Plus) in KCSE or its equivalent
• Bachelors Degree preferably in Social Sciences
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent from a recognized institution
• Computer skills
• Experience in a reputable organization

2. Supplies Assistant

Reporting to the Managing Director and will be in charge of all purchasing requirements of the organization

Qualifications

• A minimum of C+ (Plus) in KCSE or its equivalent
• Bachelors Degree in Purchasing and Supplies
• CIPS and KISM Certificates
• Computer skills
• Experience in a reputable organization

Salary Scale for Both Grades

• Salary scale will be at the rate of Kshs.19, 673.00 per month rising to Kshs.22,575.00
• A monthly House allowance Kshs.17,873.00
• Leave allowance per year Kshs. 8000.00
• Outpatient medical of Kshs.10, 500.00 per year
• Inpatient medical cover employer pays 80% while staff pays 20% of the bill.
