Our client, a very large audit Company with international affiliation is seeking to recruit a fully qualified CPS (Certified Public Secretary)
Qualifications/ Experience
Must have 6-10 years solid Company secretarial experience
Full qualifications in ACCA or CPA will be an added advantage but not mandatory
Ability to handle all company secretary functions – Company formations, filing of returns e.t.c.
Remuneration: Negotiable (Commensurate with experience)
