Job Qualifications

• Minimum qualification shall be an Ordinary Diploma from a recognized institution.
• Be proficient in ARCHICAD, Artlantis, Photoshop and any other Software packages.
• Should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a busy office.
• Must be a team player
• Must be creative and innovative
• Be disciplined and able to keep time
• Be good in communication and presentable
• Possess organizational skills for storage and retrieval of documents under his/her care
• Be of high integrity and honesty
• Possess high sense of responsibility in ensuring efficient and quality output.
• Experience in Site works
• Familiar with council submission procedures and follow ups
• Able to meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
