Emergency Plus Medical Services (E-Plus) is a private company, limited by guarantee, fully owned by the Kenya Red Cross Society to offer emergency medical services which include 24hr ambulance services, Pre-hospital care training and the sale of first aid kits. 

The Organization is looking to fill the following position;
 
Office Assistant

Reporting to the Finance Manager the office assistant will carry out the following duties;
  • Deliver invoices, parcels and other documents to clients as well as suppliers.
  • Assist in debt collection.
  • Assist the Stores Assistants in Stock take processes.
  • Assist in posting customer invoices.
  • Assist in filling and record keeping of financial documents.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements
  • Diploma in Business administration of equivalent.
  • At least one year experience in the same capacity of office administration.

  • Good organizational skills.
  • Possess people skills.
  • Self starter who can work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under minimum supervision.
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Honesty, integrity and commitment is highly valued.
