System Support Engineer 

 

( Gross Salary 25k-30k)

An ICT Company based in Nairobi is looking  forward to recruiting a young enthusiastic and very knowledgeable ICT personnel who will take up the job of a SYSTEMS & SUPPORT ENGINEER

Roles and Responsibilities

1. To Plan, Document and Implement Systems in clients sites e.g. Document Management System (DMS), Online Data Backup and any other System(s) e.g. Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP)
2. To plan, Document and Train users of the implemented Systems
3. To plan and conduct user support activities
4. To plan and implement Systems upgrades from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer information Systems( BCIS)
• Someone willing to be trained and grow with the company.
• Age; 25yrs-33 yrs
• Someone who is able to start Immediately
• Gross Salary; 25k-30k
