Water Treatment Technician

Location: Nairobi

A leading water treatment solutions company in Nairobi is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of a Water Treatment Technician. 

The ideal candidate should have experience in diagnosing water, designing treatment solutions, install water treatment solution, purification and disinfection systems for homes, offices, industries and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Should have experience in Proven Water Treatment Systems Installation
• Demonstrate ability to conduct site surveys, design and install a water treatment solution
• Should have strong technical skills e.g. Plumbing, filters, pumps and purification ,disinfection systems installation and maintenance
• Knowledge of Water Pressure and Pumping Systems.
• Should have proficiency in Water Treatment Equipment
• Strong Planning and organization Skills
• A keen understanding for drinking water and waste water treatment systems
• Experience in Reverse Osmosis and Ultra Violet Disinfection
• Knowledge and expertise to adjust chemical levels and remove harmful bacteria to make water pure for drinking.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Water Engineering or any other related field 
• 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Should be keen to details and have passion for results
• Have good communication skills- both written and verbal.
