Call for Expressions of Interest for Catering Services

British High Commission (BHC) is the UK Government’s representative responsible for British Government bilateral relationship with Kenya.

British Council (BC) is a UK charity organization which promotes cultural and educational co-operation between the United Kingdom and other countries.

Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are invited from reputed parties for the provision of catering services for a period of up to three years on an annual review basis, with an option to extend for up to a further two years depending on the BHC’s and BC’s needs and performance against a Service Level Agreement.

Interested companies can download the Instructions, Terms of Reference and Application forms from www.ukinkenya.fco.gov.uk

The closing time and date for the applications is 12 noon on Monday 12th November 2012. 

Following assessment of the EOIs, BHC and BC will invite short listed applicants to submit full technical and commercial proposals. 

Only shortlisted bidders will be contacted.
 

Please note that the BHC and BC are not bound to accept any of the EOIs submitted. 

BHC and BC reserve the right to modify the terms of reference before inviting proposals from short listed applicants.
