Our client is an entertainment spot with a Hotel, Nightclub, and Conference Facilities. 

They seek to hire a Chef to run the Kitchen operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Produce of food items according to the orders/ recipes           
• Supervise and maintain high standards of quality and proficiency in the kitchen       
• Maintain high levels of personal hygiene.     
• Place orders with food suppliers                        
• Receive and check food deliveries from suppliers                       
• Perform stock counts to ensure all items are available                       
• To train and improve skills of subordinates                       

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Certificate in Culinary / Catering / Hospitality / Food and Beverage
• 2 years experience as a chef in a busy restaurant
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Excellent computer skills
