based in Mombasa requires a Property Sales Representative

Must have experience in property sales of not less than 2 years

Location: Mombasa.

Main purpose of the job: To match the properties managed and owned by Myspace with potential and existing clients 

Field of Responsibilities:

• Source for property;
• Source for clients;
• Attend events and expos;
• Sell, lease and rent property;
• Pitch Myspace boards outside properties managed or let by Myspace;
• Prepare Authority to sell, manage and lease property from existing templates;
• Provide information from Clients to The Head of Myspace Properties; and
• Any other relevant duties as may be assigned.

Requirements
 

Academic: Diploma in sales and marketing 

Experience: 2 years in Real Estate
