Invitation to Tender: Stima Sacco Society invites sealed bids from eligible and competent consultants to carry out a survey as specified below.

Closing Date and Time: 11/11/2014 at 12 Noon
 

The tender documents and detailed information may be obtained from the Procurement Office, Stima SACCO Plaza, Mushembi Road Nairobi from Monday to Friday between 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. upon payment of a mandatory non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00. 

This Amount is payable to Stima Sacco Society Limited in cash or bankers cheque on FOSA Banking Hall, Ground Floor, at Stima Investment Plaza, Mushembi Road Parklands.

Bidders may choose to download the bid document from the website:www.stima–sacco.com at no fee and are required immediately to send/email their names and contacts to tenders@stima-sacco.com
 

Completed tender documents in plain sealed outer envelope enclosing separately sealed envelopes in (“Original” and “Copy”) clearly marked Tender No. ST/CSS/03/14 and Tender Description as per instructions in the tender documents and addressed to:-

Nairobi.

The envelopes should be deposited in the Tender Box at the main reception area at Stima Sacco Plaza, Mushembi Road, Parklands, Nairobi, by 12 noon on Tuesday, 11th November 2014. 

Tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of offerers’ representatives who choose to witness at Stima Sacco Boardroom on 2nd floor, Stima Sacco Plaza.

Stima SACCO Society Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any application either in whole or in part without giving reasons for either rejection or acceptance.
