Our Client, a leading distributer of large concreting equipment, pumps, power tools and generators seeks to employ an experienced and highly motivated person to fill the position of the Head of Sales, to engage in sales of large concreting equipment.
 
Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Making and maintaining an entire database of Past clients and all new customer leads.
  • Preparing budgets for advertising and marketing.
  •  Preparing sales reports and forecasts.
  • Carrying out training for new customers on how to concrete on jobsite.
  • Overseeing a sales team.
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
  • Developing strategies, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
  • Developing relationships with clients.
  • Attain full knowledge of entire range.
  • Put full effort towards maximum sales.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills
  • Knowledge in mechanical engineering
  • Good understanding on machines
  • Diploma/degree in mechanical engineering
  • Degree/diploma/certificate in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
  • Charismatic leader, firm and fair, focused and a go getter.
  • Excellent negotiation skills
