Our client, a property company based in Mombasa requires

Sales Representatives – Property Division

Section: Property Sales

Location: Mombasa.

Main Purpose of the job: To match the properties managed and owned by client with potential and existing clients

Field of Responsibilities

• Source for property;
• Source for clients;
• Attend events and expos;
• Sell, lease and rent property;
• Pitch boards outside properties managed or let by client;
• Prepare Authority to sell, manage and lease property from existing templates;
• Provide information from Clients to The Head of  Properties; and
• Proposal writing to be submitted once approved by the HOD
• Participate at expos/trade fairs as instructed bny the HOD
• Provide property details/descriptions for record purposes
• Provide write-ups for publishing online, on company magazines and on adverts
• Peruse the website and ensure property details are correct
• Any other relevant duties as may be assigned

Academic: Diploma in sales and Marketing
 

Experience: 2 years in Real Estate
