Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant cum Care Taker

Location: Komarock Road, Nairobi

We are a Real Estates Management firm that deals with the construction and development of property for both lease and sale.

The firm is looking for a young and dynamic person to fill the above named position whose role is very customer centered and therefore requires someone with people skills and experience in Real Estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service- taking prospective buyers round the property and maintaining a registry of all visitors
• Do follow up with all customers who have visited the site in a bid to make a sale
• Ensure cleanliness of the show house and compound in general
• Conduct marketing initiatives that may arise eg brochure distribution along traffic, in shopping malls in a bid to raise awareness of the units

Care Taker duties

• Ensuring cleanliness of the communal areas once units are inhabited
• Act as main point of contact in the running of the court
• Ensure inhabitants abide by the rules and regulations of the Estate management company.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in selling of housing units is preferred
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Be self motivated
• Customer service focused
• Must live within close proximity to Komarock road off Kangundo road.

Qualifications

• Diploma in sales and marketing and/or real estate management or a related field
• A minimum of two years working experience with a real estate management firm
