Music Copyright Society of Kenya is a Collective Management Organization, whose mandate is to administer Copyright in musical works on behalf of artists, songwriters, composers and authors of musical works in Kenya. 

It is registered as a Society under the Companies Act (Cap 486, Laws of Kenya) (Limited by Guarantee) and is a non-profit making organisation.
