Our client a leading IT Solutions company in Eastern Africa is urgently seeking to recruit an ERP Consultant to be placed in Nairobi
Purpose and Scope of the Position: The position involves implementing an international ERP & CRM software solution sold by our company, from initial consultation with the client, through the design and setup of a test version, training of system users, data conversion and handover assistance, as well as consulting with existing customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:Purpose and Scope of the Position: The position involves implementing an international ERP & CRM software solution sold by our company, from initial consultation with the client, through the design and setup of a test version, training of system users, data conversion and handover assistance, as well as consulting with existing customers.
- Pre-Sales Support.
- System analysis and consultation for existing customers.
- Conducting training for customers on the use of software.
- Consulting existing customers on version upgrades.
- Software implementation and support.
- Acting on sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology/Information
- 2-3 years experience in the field or related; ERP preferred.
- A clear understanding of accounting principles
- Accounting certification or a post graduate business management related degree/diploma would be an added advantage.
