Our client, a record label and entertainment company in Kenya is looking for Business Development Executives

Location: Nairobi

Job Summary: Reporting to Business development manager, you will develop sales by sourcing and bringing in new business or clients, propose and implement new ideas of reaching out to new markets as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop sources of potential clients and new leads
  • Effect sales and meet sales targets
  • Make sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Follow up with potential sales and close deals
  • Client service management
  • Anticipate, identify and ensure customer needs are being met in the best possible way.
  • Receive and follow up with client inquiries
  • Provide reports on business development achievements and activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 1 year Experience in Business Development and Sales
  • Customer service skills
  • Client service skills
  • Must demonstrate traits reflecting people skills
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Articulate
Remuneration: Kshs 20,000 plus Commissions
