Financial Job in Arusha, Tanzania.

Applications are being invited from suitably qualified persons for the position of Financial Accountant with a fast growing Seed Company based in Arusha, Tanzania.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Managing Director and should have the following:

·         Degree in Accountancy

·         ACCA, CIMA or Higher National Diploma in Accountancy

·         Computer literate with good knowledge of accounting packages eg. ACCPAC.

·         Three or more years experience as an Accountant

·         Excellent understanding of accounting procedures

·         Strong communication skills

·         Good team leadership skills

·         Ability to work under immense pressure

·         Credit management skills

·         Ability to produce accurate accounts, budgets and forecasts on time

·         Ability to produce year end financial statements

·         Ability to handle external audit alone

·         Able to produce cash flow projections.

·         Competent in production of tax computations and tax planning with assistance from HO.

·         Able to review and suggest improvements in internal control systems
