1. Loan Recovery Officer
 

Minimum Qualifications:

• KCSE C+
• Bachelor’s degree in Cooperative Management or Commerce or its equivalent from a recognized university;
• CPA III
• Proficiency in Ms Excel
• Excellent report writing skills
• 5 year experience in credit Control, risk management or related field.
• A certificate in Cooperative Management, Credit Management or Banking will be an added advantage.
• Recommendation letter from current employer.
• Certificate of Good conduct.

2. Customer Relationship Officer
 

Minimum Qualifications:

• KCSE C+
• Bachelor degree in Business administration - or its equivalent.
• Good Grooming & presentation.
• Proficiency in Ms suite
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills.
• Knowledge of customer handling and relationship building process
• Knowledge of financial services.
• 5 years’ experience in customer relationship
• Ability to be friendly, courteous and patient even under pressure.
• Recommendation letter from current employer.
• Certificate of Good conduct.

3. Micro-Credit Assistants
 

Minimum Qualifications:

• KCSE C+
• Bachelor’s degree in Cooperative Management or Commerce or its equivalent from a recognized university;
• Proficiency in Ms Excel
• Excellent report writing skills
• 2 year experience in credit, risk management or related field.
• A certificate in Cooperative Management, Credit Management or Banking will be an added advantage.

4. FOSA Supervisor
 

Minimum Qualifications:

• KCSE C+
• Bachelor degree in Business administration or its equivalent from a recognized university;
• Have served in a comparable position with similar responsibilities for at least Five (5) years in a Bank or a Sacco.
• Good Grooming & presentation
• Proficiency in Ms suite
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills.
• Knowledge of customer handling and relationship building process
• Knowledge of financial services.
• 5 year experience in customer relationship
• Ability to be friendly, courteous and patient even under pressure.

• Certificate of Good conduct.

5. Assistant Accountant
 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce degree or its equivalent from a recognised university;
• CPA II or its equivalent;
• Experience of Five (5) years in a similar position.
• Have demonstrated high understanding of accounting matters.
• Recommendation letter from current employer.
• Certificate of Good conduct.

6. Sales & Marketing Executive
 

Minimum Qualifications:

• KCSE C+
• Bachelor degree in Business administration - Marketing or equivalent from a recognised university;
• Good Grooming & presentation
• Proficiency in Ms PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Ability to perform on target based model of sales.
• Five (5) years’ experience in sales & Marketing.
