Principal / Operation Manager to head the school
 

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Education Degree. Master’s Degree in education preferred.
• 5 years’ experience as a Deputy /2 years a Principal in a boarding high school.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Strong management presence and ability to communicate with all levels of the school stakeholders
• Ability to build alignment on key school initiatives with all stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment by planning and resource allocation.
• Experience in building and leading diverse, high performing teams.
• Proficient in MS applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Demonstrate High Integrity and Moral Standing

Teacher’s Minimum Requirements

• Kiswahili, Physics, Mathematics, Geography, Business, Computer, and English
• Must hold a Bachelor of Education Degree.
• 4 years of teaching experience in a high school.
• Energetic, flexible and dedicated to student performance excellence
